We are looking for a dedicated, independent, skilled, and enthusiastic new colleague with a legal background to join our legal team in Stavanger, Norway as a Legal Advisor. As a Legal Advisor in boost.ai you will take part of the day-to-day activities of the legal team, which includes negotiating contracts, privacy and compliance work, as well as to provide internal legal advice. Your tasks will be varied and you will work with a young, dynamic, multicultural, multilingual team of colleagues across the boost.ai group.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, customer agreements, partnership agreements, supplier agreements etc.

  • Assess contractual risks and assist in developing strategies to ensure compliance and reduce the overall risks for the company.

  • Assist the organization in monitoring and ensuring privacy compliance, and inform and advise on boost.ai’s data protection obligations.

  • Assist with legal work related to subsidiaries in foreign markets.

  • Assist in protecting the company against legal, regulatory and liability issues.

  • Ad hoc legal tasks.

Qualifications

  • Masters in Law from a Nordic country.

  • We are primarily looking for someone with minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.

  • Work experience and/or training in privacy.

  • Contractual and commercial understanding.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
