We are looking for a business-minded and versatile Senior Legal Counsel who wants to work closely with the business in an international and forward-thinking environment. At 24SevenOffice, you will play a key role in providing legal support across the organization, helping to manage legal risk and ensuring we achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting M&A transactions and integration processes
- Advising on corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Handling matters related to intellectual property rights (IPR), privacy, data security, and AI
- Contributing to the development and implementation of internal policies and compliance programs
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors
Qualifications
- Legal experience within business law, preferably from the SaaS or technology sector
- Proven experience in managing and executing M&A transactions
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Knowledge of corporate governance, IPR, technology law, compliance, and/or privacy is preferred
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- Master’s degree in law and the ability to practice law in Norway
